SabkaMart — Terms of Service

1. Service: SabkaMart connects customers with local stores for hyperlocal delivery. We are a marketplace platform, not a direct seller.

2. Eligibility: You must be 18+ to use this service. By creating an account, you confirm this.

3. Orders: Orders are binding once placed. Cancellation is allowed before store acceptance. Post-acceptance cancellations may incur charges.

4. Payments: We accept Cash on Delivery and UPI. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

5. Delivery: Delivery times are estimates. SabkaMart is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or store unavailability.

6. Refunds: Damaged or incorrect items are eligible for refund within 24 hours of delivery. Raise a dispute through the app.

7. Privacy: We collect your phone number and address for delivery. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Wallet: SabkaMart Wallet credits are non-transferable and expire in 12 months from issue date.

9. Prohibited: Fraudulent orders, fake accounts, or misuse of the dispute system will result in permanent ban.

10. Changes: SabkaMart reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
