SabkaMart Store Partner Agreement

1. Eligibility & Registration
You must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to operate a commercial business in India. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date store information. False information will lead to immediate suspension. Registration is subject to verification and approval by SabkaMart.

2. Product Listings
All products listed must be genuine, safe, and legally permissible to sell. The MRP (Maximum Retail Price) of each product must be accurately entered; selling price cannot exceed MRP. Product photos must clearly and accurately represent the actual product. Expired, adulterated, or counterfeit products are strictly prohibited. You are responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels.

3. Order Fulfillment
You must accept or reject orders within 15 minutes of placement. Orders must be ready for pickup within the committed delivery time. A cancellation rate above 10% per month may result in reduced visibility or account suspension. You are responsible for accurate packing and weight of items.

4. Commission & Payments
SabkaMart charges a platform commission on each order as agreed during registration. Settlements are processed on a 7-day cycle to your registered bank account. Dispute deductions, if any, will be applied before releasing settlement. SabkaMart reserves the right to revise commission rates with 30 days' notice.

5. Delivery Standards
You must coordinate with assigned delivery agents for timely pickup. Products must be packed securely to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for items until they are handed to the delivery agent.

6. Dispute Resolution
Customer disputes must be acknowledged within 24 hours. SabkaMart will mediate disputes and its decision is final. Dispute-related refunds may be deducted from your pending settlements.

7. Account Suspension & Termination
Repeated order cancellations, unresolved customer complaints, or policy violations may result in suspension. Selling counterfeit, expired, or illegal products will result in immediate and permanent termination. SabkaMart reserves the right to suspend any account pending investigation.

8. Data Privacy
Customer data shared for order fulfillment must not be used for any other purpose. Sharing customer contact information with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Intellectual Property
By uploading product images and store photos, you grant SabkaMart a non-exclusive license to display them on the platform. You confirm you own or have rights to all images you upload.

10. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
