First Focus
To democratise digital commerce for every village, town, and small city in India. We want the corner kirana store in a remote village to have the same digital tools as a big-city supermarket — simple, affordable, and in the local language.
A Bharat where no neighbourhood is left out of the digital economy. Where every local store thrives online, every customer gets doorstep delivery, and every young person in a small town can earn a livelihood through technology-enabled work.
Growing up and working in semi-urban and rural Karnataka, we saw the same problem again and again: millions of people travelling kilometres just to buy daily essentials, while local stores — filled with exactly what people needed — sat underutilised because they had no digital presence.
Big e-commerce platforms work well for cities. But they ignore rural markets, local stores, and small-town customers. The few digital tools that exist require expensive hardware, tech expertise, or monthly fees that small shop owners simply cannot afford.
We asked: "What if every local store could go digital in 5 minutes, from any phone, for free?" That question became SabkaMart.
Every product decision starts with: does this work in a village with slow internet and a basic Android phone?
We earn trust through reliability, transparency, and genuine usefulness — not marketing buzz. No hidden fees. No fine print.
A 60-year-old store owner and a first-time smartphone user should both find our product effortless to use.
We solve real problems, not imaginary ones. No blockchain, no AI gimmicks — just clean software that solves the problem in front of us.
Every store that goes online, every delivery agent who earns, every customer saved from a long commute — that's impact. Local, real, measurable.
We protect user data with the same care we'd want for ourselves. OTP-based security, no password leaks, no data selling — ever.
2024 — The Idea
Observed the daily struggle of customers in rural Karnataka travelling long distances for basic groceries, while local stores sat just a kilometre away with no digital presence. The gap was obvious. The solution? Build it.
Early 2025 — Building
BrightReach Technologies was established with a single focus: build SabkaMart. Development began — a full hyperlocal commerce platform with customer app, store dashboard, delivery agent app, and admin panel. Built lean, built for real-world use.
Mid 2025 — Launch
SabkaMart launched in Uttara Kannada district, Karnataka — starting with direct outreach to local store owners and their customers. No paid ads; pure word-of-mouth and on-ground store visits. First real orders placed. Real community trust earned.
2026 & Beyond — Growing
Growing neighbourhood by neighbourhood. Each new store onboarded means more employment, more customer convenience, and more proof that rural India can be served well by thoughtful technology. More districts, more languages, more communities — coming soon.
A small, focused team from rural Karnataka — building for the communities we grew up in.
Founder-led · Uttara Kannada, Karnataka
A founder-led tech company from rural Karnataka, building SabkaMart from the ground up — from database design to customer app to store dashboard — driven by a deep belief that technology should reach every corner of India, not just its cities.
